wee999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing wee999.biz, creating a player account, or making any deposit or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective immediately upon registration.

wee999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. To register and use the wee999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on wee999 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. wee999 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Notify wee999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your wee999 account.

wee999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — particularly before processing larger withdrawals or when account activity raises security flags. Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

All transactions on wee999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT Bank Transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• wee999 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your full PKR amount is credited or sent without platform-side deductions.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed basic KYC verification may experience delays on larger withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same account, except in specific circumstances approved by wee999 support.
• wee999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal if there are security or fraud concerns associated with the account.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider against wee999 deposits are treated as a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

wee999 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on wee999 carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus per player: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse: wee999 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. Any strategy designed to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent — including coordinated play between accounts, use of VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or systematic low-risk play to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Deposit bonuses: Deposit match bonuses are credited to your wallet after the qualifying deposit clears. The bonus amount is separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.

All games on wee999 — including slot games, card games, Ludo, and football betting — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface or on the relevant category page. The wee999 VIP Club is a loyalty programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players accumulate VIP points through gameplay across all categories. Points thresholds for each tier, and the specific benefits at each level, are published on the VIP Club page and may be updated by wee999 at any time.

• VIP points are earned based on real-money wagering activity. Bonus funds and free-play credits do not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
• VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal limit increases, and priority processing — apply from the date a tier is reached and remain active as long as the player maintains the minimum activity level for that tier.
• VIP points and tier status are not transferable between accounts under any circumstances.
• wee999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier requirements, benefits, and the overall structure of the programme. Material changes will be communicated to affected players in advance.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including collusion, coordinated play designed to artificially accumulate points, or exploitation of cashback structures — will result in VIP status revocation and may lead to account suspension.

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. These limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into effect.
• Session limits: Time-based session reminders are available to players who wish to set alerts when they have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling can self-exclude for a minimum of 30 days or permanently. • Impersonating another player, wee999 staff member, or any other person or entity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
• Any conduct that harasses, abuses, or intimidates other players or wee999 staff, including through the in-game chat function.

All content on the wee999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of wee999 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from the wee999 platform without prior written permission from wee999.
• The wee999 name and logo may not be used in connection with any other product, service, or brand without explicit written consent.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. wee999 is licensed to present this content; players have no claim to it.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, wee999's liability to any player is limited to the amount held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. wee999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by factors outside wee999's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, payment processor delays, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or act on security recommendations.
• Decisions made by a player during gameplay — including wagers placed under emotional influence, financial pressure, or while impaired in any way.

wee999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or abuse of platform features.
• Receipt of a chargeback against any deposit made on the platform.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

In cases where an account is suspended for breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. In cases of voluntary closure with no policy violations, the remaining balance will be paid out via the player's registered withdrawal method after passing final verification checks.
